Well Valcyn finally found this rare schematic, and I'm delighted to do the honors 
I just made one for myself (I'm a weaponsmith/rogue), and I have to say his gun is SWEET. I worked out that the unkrayted stats with plain white power cubes would leave it around 120ish-220ish dmg 2.7 speed (with adv pistol barrels, non adv you can work out the difference
The finder/owner of the schematic was kind enough to give me one of the uses for myself, so I used some exceptional krayt tissues, with a high velocity barrel, a particularly good yellow power cube (was around +27 max I believe), got a 33% dmg slice, and the following result:
Needless to say, I'm one happy camper! As a weaponsmith who has seen most of the server's finest weapons (and had the opportunity to craft a few of them himself /wink) I can honestly say this is the strongest crafted weapon I have ever seen. Last ditches for over 1000 dmg (PVP) that can be spammed at the speed cap, and pierce most armor is a powerful thing indeed. So I'm keeping this, and dropping commando to take up pistoleer (already have dirty fighting). Look for me on the battlefields in the near future
Basically, not only are the stats on this far better than any other crafted pistol as a base (as far as damage goes, anyway), but it does stun damage, which is a vulnerability to all armor that isn't specifically layered for it. I don't think these guns will be common or anything, especially not with stats like this (I'm pretty sure my new toy will be a one-of-a-kind on my server for a long time to come), but I wouldn't be surprised if armorsmiths see increased sales in stun layered armor. And I suspect with the limited use schematics being so rare, almost all of the ones in existance will be krayt enhanced, with all the fixins used in mine. Better start saving/searching

Very nice gun ....
Shame the couldnt make it look half decent tbh, wud anything like that ever enter one of the star wars films !?!? looks like a kiddys toy ....

It's already been in the star wars films...watch Episode 2 again, specifically the Foundry scene.

lol im a poor gunfighter ill give all my cash (500k all my belongings including my set of 84% armor etc) and my rl gf for that gun but on bloodfin

Awesome pistol! I could just imagine laying a series of fanshotson a group of enemy composite wearers and watching them drop like flies.
Good job on it, it's a widowmaker.

hmm...you did notice the powerup right ???
The only thing bad about that is it has a 48m max range and it doesnt have ap if it had light ap it would own.

Very nice, but there is rumor out there of people using the schematic to make ones with 900+ damage without powerup. Also, rumor is out that sony has droped the schematic drop to only about 5-10 total drops per server. Like I said, these are all rumors I have heard from many people.
