I really don't know if this has been brought up, but, just wanna know. Since we are ALL probably going for Master Pistoleer...what other skills are you going to have to back that up?

I'm not going for Master Pistoleer. I think theres too many crap skills. Just going to getNovice Pistoleer, and the most important skill branchfor me: the Marksmanship pistol skills.

But Dirty Fighting 4 you get a spiffy title (Rogue) and Last Ditch Assault which does nearly 2K+ after the patch. Low Blow, Last Ditch, LB, LD.

I'll probably go Master doctor or Master combat medic after this. While a master doctor you can buff your hams to over 1k. I like that in a duel. And combat medics can REALLY damage the opposite side in pvp.

Well i'm more of a pvp person so that's just me. But i'd consider getting the smuggler pistol branch too.

I'm not sure if I will become Master Pistoleer or not, probably two or three Pistoleer branches, Master Creature Handler, Master Scout, and some Ranger thrown in. I'd like to get the bounty hunter pistol tree but honestly don't feel like training carbines and rifles up to specialist or spending skill points on them. Already I want to more in the game then the skill system will ultimately enable me to.

Just spent a little time looking at Character builder and trying things out and my final character will look like this...

Marksmen: Pistol Specialist + Ranged Weapon Support Specialist

Pistoleer: Master Pistol Marksmenship + Master Pistol Stances/Grips + Expert Pistol Special Abilities

Master Scout.

Master Creature Handler.

Ranger: Frontiering 4

I guess this makes me more of a Creature Handler than a Pistoleer now, wish Pistoleer was better and actually worth spending the points on.

Doctor

-- Master Doc

Brawler

-- Master unarmed specialist

Marksman

-- Pistol Specialist

Pistoleer

-- Master pistol stances and grips

-- Master pistol special abilities ( Might just go expert)

Smuggler

-- Dirty fighting III low blow ( Might go Dirty fighting IV if i choose to just settle with Expert pistol special abilities)

I haven't mapped all this out but I plan on going for Master Pistoleer, by then I'll have reached Master Scout as well. I'd like to use whatever is left for Medical.
