What kind of pistol is that?!?!
are we gonna see it in game when the expansion goes live?

well they can't really make any weapons specifically for those who have RotW. because you don't need the expansion to continue to play the ground game. so any ground based items need to be codedinto the basic game, otherwise how would the weapon show up to someone who doesn't own RotW?
but i do hope it is something we can get to own and use!

Why not, you have the Geo and DE-10 that have certs on the gun itself. Easy enough to do.

They'll do what they did with JTL items. Everyone gets the graphics and most of the stuff installed/downloaded, but only those that buys it actually gets the juicy content. The rest just gets to see it.

Yeah even if you dont own jtl you can still see the Ithor and other new species toons, you just cant be them.

That is not true - in the same way that only people who pre-ordered can get Flash Speeders, they can make any item they want dependent on pre-ordering or owning an expansion. It would be a good way of encouraging people to buy it!

the weapon read like it was favored by the trandosian slavers.
It might be a loot weapon, unless its NPC carry only. but i can't see them realy doing that. "dangles carrot" with hidden electrode inside it.

If you uninstall JTL and log in as a shipwright you can still craft ship stuff and use your ships as instant transportation... IDK what happens if you try to launch. I never tried it with JTL uninstalled,.

My computer crashed a month after I had JTL installed and I had to erase it all. I reloaded swg but not jtl and ahve full access to jtl. I believe the info is linked to your account not your computer, just like I can have jtl installed but if I use my other account without jtl then I cant use any jtl stuff.

Probably just another pistol added to the list of pistols that a pistoleer cannot use.
My money is on the master chef, I'm pretty sure they haven't gotten their own pistol cert YET.
I'm also concerned for the tailors, i hear there is going to be a whole line of gloves that no one
can wear without having sewing and basket-weaving 0-0-3-0

actually,chef can throw pies and tomatoes,tailors can stab you with needles......im thinking dancer will get this one
