That is a very very cool pistol. Expect it to make ALOT at auction. Its winning feature is of course the HAM costs - great for spamming eyeshot when unbuffed!

Actually, thats a pretty kickin dx2. The dodge mod on the pistol is awesome as well as the ham costs. And while the damage itself isn't anything too spectactular, the big thing that is catching my eye right now is that 80% wound chance. Thats nuts. That gun would blackbar just about anything.
The other nice thing is that gun is very cool but at the same time, not insanely overpowered. Now I'm sure we all would love a 1k max damage pistol, but stuff that like has a bad tendancy of being removed or causing a player uproar when used because it is so unbalanced.

Well, I'd take mindfire over eyeshot + 80% wound chance anyday, but it's not that bad of a gun. Well, if you don't have BH pistols (no eyeshot) it might be a bit dissappointing, but if you get a damage slice (if you get a speed slice, let us point and laugh, pwetty pwease?) and a dmg pup... Assume a 25% dmg slice, which is low end of what you should get if it does turn damage, 15min/30max pup. That would change the stats to... 336-505. That puts it into the DE-10 range, but it does acid damage (pwnz all my scatter pistols out of the water)
I just saw the HAM costs, and that thing is SWEET. You might want to keep it around til HAM costs start meaning something again, 'cause I reckon you'll be able to spam specials quite freely with that 
So... What did you loot it from? I've been thinking of all kind of schemes to get good loot, and trying a few, and so far all I've gotten is... well. Nothing really -_-

25% damage slice, and 33.1% max powerups = 583 damage
35% damage slice and 33.1% max powerups = 630 damage
That is nothing to laugh at. Especially for acid damage, and the mitigation

Whups, your right. I used 15% for both.
And that definitely puts it into the DE-10 range, but it does acid. That gun, despite lacking any DoT's, has a lot of ownage potential (especially post CU. Assume armour gets tweaked so that different armours have different resists, and acid doing DE-10 type of gun has interesting potential. And the HAM costs...)

... see, if I didn't think they'd steal devs of the combat upgrade to do it, I'd hold that up as a perfect example of why the loot tables need an overhaul...
I mean honestly, how reasonable is to to DIE and be eaten to by a krayt dragon when you have THAT gun?

nice pistol for sure, i paid 4 mil for an exceptional one with less damage and no dodge just for the low HAM costs, but it speed sliced
