ok i read about how WO 3 is bugged for people but in a good way, now i just got that program and i cna only say that it works as intended for me, it drains energy likea vampire drinking blood. so how is it bugged in a good way, or am i jsut missing something?

are you sure you got WO 3 and not WO 4?

Weapon Overload 3 isn't bugged. It's 1, 2, & 4 that are broken.

To the best of my knowledge, Its supposed to increase reactor drain, as well as increase energy per shot by a percentage. Instead it decrease drain and energy per shot by the same percentage.

If you doubt this, run WO4 and watch what happends.

Well the easy way to check is fire youre guns non stop w/oany droid programs running and see how long it takes to drain the capacitor. Next run WO3 and wait for infinity for the capacitor to empty, at least in my case the regen easily beats the drain.

Without it running the cap lasts about 20-30 seconds.
