As for othe rlow level stuff though..well most of it is essential for the smooth running of my A-wing. Mainly lvl 2 capacitors, but aye..it ain't all junk. Lvl 1 reactors are occassionally rather nifty.

... unless you loot an 84 speedlvl 4 RE part lol, I still don't believe it.

well some low level stuff is more useful than others. I don't think lvl 4 engines get much use, do they?

Nope, and well RE'ed low level equipment can sell for a pretty credit more then crafted of the same tier.
Engines not so much, but you will find a few new Imperial pilots who don't have the Heavy and perfer manuver to raw speed, a nice RE 4 engine goes over well with them due to the high PYR compared to the Mark II and the low mass compared to a Mark III.
