I don't know what the mission is, but if its a matter of difficulty, then try taking off your armor and boosters to save mass. Sicne neither helps out much, it will save you mass so you can fit on better weapons, and ordinance. If your trying to solo a large ship like a gunboat or a Vette, find its blind spot then target its weak points and launch missles at it. Since missles are automated to the component your targeting, it will hit them even if you cant see the component.

This sounds like the Karthyyk Queen, the mission every BE pilot learns to hate ... gunboat and multiple fighters at the end. As I see it, you have Bomber Strike 1 ... use it on the gunboat and deal with the fighters yourself, disabling and keeping AWAY from the gunboat for a while. Mind you, I didn't try that myself, I picked up the droid box and had to do it the hard way, but with a bit more speed and firepower...

Alternatively, bring along a whole bunch of help.

I tried this mission multiple times back in '04 and eventually got really pissy with the queen. I recruited 5 master pilots off the street and watched in glee as she went *pop* in a couple of seconds.

That's one of my sweetest piloting memories, getting my revenge on that ship.
