recent days ive seen alot of blacksun helmets floating around on people's heads due to the rarity I never bothered to siriously look for them but has there been an increase in the drop rate or a specific place to get htem?

I found one after killing an ungodly number of blacksun. Sold it for 35mill after wearing it once. Hmmm...mission complete I guess.
