anyone know how to get a vakasari starfighter for the priviteer it isntin my shipwright build list but i can fly one

It is not a craftable ship. It is a reward ship from the Kashyk space station. Fly up to the station and talk to it and then do the missions. You will have to land and talk to people planet side a few times. In the end you will probable have to Diable and escort a Corvett like the Adv-Xwing and Red Int.

I'm not sure how a search about the Vaksai would turn up a thread from nearly a year ago. Especially considering that the Vaksai has only been in the game for a few months.
