atm im using a Y-Wing Longprobe, but a friend hooked me up with an Xwing. just wondering if there are any suggestions for what to put on it. atm i cant strip my LP since i overweight the X-Wing before im halfway equiped so im just gunna get all new stuff(besides then i have an Ordance hauler when i need to go big game huntin for a mission). most of the stuff on my LP is over 18k mass.

Erm. several threads in this already. In fact, x-wing seems to be ship of the week along with the standard Squint. Check out the FAQ mate and do some forum searching. The info is out there. Basically though...I wouldn't waste time on ordnance.

hmmm..I would start with a lvl6 reward eng REed. Then two lvl 7 guns crafted for speed. Lvl 7 shield. Depending on the parts you have or can obtain will pretty much tell you what to use for that 3rd gun. Then fit everything else around that. With around 100k in mass you can fit quite a bit in the X.

My current project will end up with a lvl 10 engine, lvl 8 reward shield and 3 lvl 5 guns, possibly two lvl 5's and a lvl 7. Not too sure yet but that'll inclued everything else too including possibly Ordnance. My pvp set-up of 'probable suicidal death' for me because I'll probably be flying it like an A-wing at first because I havn't flown anything else in the past four months really :S

dont use too much time on the x-wing "light". you didnt say what lvl pilot you are. but when/if you are 4xxx pilot go for the heavy x-wing. use time to equip that.

atm, i have 3 re-eng lvl 8 guns. each of them whit max damage 3.800. i eat tier 5 ships so fast!
