Since i'm bored, and the boards moving slowly, i thought id stir the pot a little.

Part of Post ace content (if you want to call it that), is infact, farming. Be it for parts, or FP. I know this post may seem like its being nitpicky, but having done rebel and imperial pilot quite often, i find this subject along the lines of daily living or daily routines for the pilot.

As factioned pilots go, Rebel pilot has some decent choices.

1.)Teir 3 factional mob mission out of rori station. Farm for parts, and get a little FP while your at it.

2.) Teir 4 destroy mission for factional mobs out of Rori Rebel outpost. Farm for parts, and earn ALOT of FP while your at it. Hell, you dont even really need to go to DS anymore with this mission, you can earn just as much with this one.

3.) Teir 4 destroy mission for BS mobs out of Lok Hotel. Excellant cash payout, good part farming, good chance at a BS helmet. This mission BTW is longer then the RSF BS mission.

Off all of the above, imperial pilot only has number 1. Numbers 2 and 3, i beleive are something that should be addressed. I know not anytime within the next year or two, but something for a back burner, assuming sony ever gets to the boiling pots on the front burner.

How funny, my reaction to threads like these changes based on who posted them...

I also think the Imperial destroy mission are weaker than Freelance/Rebel. The only T4 one that puts out good XP is from the Retreat, which means a long drive if you aren't Inquisition.

No, but usually if I heard someone whine about a mission or mission difficulty or inequality, I think I'd be likely to tell them to toughen up. Was an odd reaction to go hrm, I know that name, maybe he's got a good point?

As my alt will end up imp pilot, yeah, it'd be nice to see those changes And given my main is rebel ground/privateer pilot, your list was a few good reasons to swap him to rebel pilot instead, given a few of the things I'd like to accomplish are getting a BS helmet, making rebel colonel, and racking up some faction to sell or use for factional stuff

I need to retitle this post i think, it isnt exactly a good title, and it does sound like a whine. Any suggestions?

Yeah, you do. The Tier 4 mission thing has been one of your hot buttons for as long as I've known you. You don't do it too often, but often enough that it could be identified as one of your favorite issues.

I'm not saying that it isn't a valid point. Just that we do see this from you, either as a thread or as a reply to another post talking about duty missions (usually as a tangent from threads about FP farming/ Black Sun Ace Helmets) often enough for it to tickle the brain that you've posted on it before.

That, and I pay a lot more attention to your posts (I tend to do that with people I know in-game), so it tickles my brain more readily.
