Hi i mastered rebel pilot a looooong time ago and was thinking of getting back into space stuff but was wondering wheres a good spot for component lootage

Kessel is usually pretty good for loot.
Red Sin chimera at endor isnt too shabby either.
Or if you can get black sun duty missions from your tier 4 trainer they sometimes drop some pretty good stuff.

i usualy go to deepspace. if you get killed by npc or player.... who cares? no decay or wounds. and the 30k prestige are easy to get back. usualy come back from deepspace whit more of it.

It also kind of depends what kind of loot you want. Kessel and Deep Space are great for level 9 and 10 stuff. Black Suns drop lots of mid to high level (generally 6-8 and occasionally as high as 10 and as low as 1). If you seek a specific brand of stuff, ties drop seinar and pirates drop a wide variety. There's a static spawn of tier 3 corsairs in lok that dropped some really nice stuff while I was working on a rebel pilot. If you're looking for guns to RE with the nyms reward gun, kessel and deep space are the place.
You can go get a tier 4 Black Sun mission from the tier 4 reb trainer on Lok (Akron in the hotel straight ahead as you come off the bridge). That gives a lot of nice loot plus lots of chances at that mythical helmet.

That mission has my vote. I've snagged two level 10 DIs and three level 8 engines from it in the last two days. Lots of ships spawn from it and they all die quickly. Best duty mission in the game.

i have looted one of the armor slicing tools in space....
