I was told that there was a station in each system that would buy my mined resources. Does anyone know which stations will purchase the ore that I finally managed to mine?

Yes, there is a station in each system that will buy your mined resources. I don't have the waypoints to hand but they are easy enough to find on your own. Keep pressing whatever key you have set to Target Next Friendly Starship or Space Station and stop when you get to the station with 'Outpost' in its name. Talk to it with /comm and select (Sell Resources).

Please DO NOT sell your mined resources to the space station. Every shipwright in the galaxy will buy them for siginificantly better prices than the station. Just hang out in a major metropolitan area like Theed or Coronet and ask the Master Shipwrights who pass by. I guarantee one will work out a deal with you, maybe even a regular mining contract.

Indeed, finding a SW is definatly the best way. Just as an example I came accross one who pays 40cpu for any.
