Anyone else had/have this happen? I keep having to hit "N" to shut it off again. Getting pretty annoying.

Is it happening when you're reaching to hit the B key for boosters?

No, I've had it happen when I'm not even touching the keyboard or joystick...

I in fact have an ergonomic keyboard, and B is at least 2 and a half inches from N.

If you have recently changed any input hardware(keyboard, joystick) Try resetting your in game options in the launchpad.
