I got a level 10 Capacitor drop with only 5k mass and decent stats on its own. This will make nice RE material, indeed.

Are you sure its not a lvl 10 with RE lvl 5 ?
I see those from time to time, and gets kinda exited untill I notice the RE lvl is only 5

same here and some lvl 8 shields with RE lvl 7
