Thread: Dont need to declare to be PvP in DS?

If i remember right they changed DS so u had to declare to be PvP and it seems now once u enter u r PvP.Is it bugged or am i just loosing my mind and it has always been that.

wierd i have been going into DS for along time and i swear i thought u had to declare to be PvP. I know i have gone in there before and oppisite faction pilots werent conned red. guess i need to pay more attention lol.
