k I have done the missions to get me the jsf...
after I received the ship from Vader he sents me on a mission into space...
so I fly out there as a 3322 pilot ( I know I still cannot fly the JSF 
)
)anyway I need to shoot down some rebels.. with the help of some tie-fighters.. no problem there...
then the next stage is to destroy like 4 gunships.... I supposed to get helped by tie-bombers but they do not even scratch the buggers and I cannot take them out..
is there a way to get this mission done at this stage..
I know I could get an ace in and let him blow the gunships in a sec towards obliteration.. but where is the fun in that
anyone got a clue ?

Focus on the Nova first. NPC POB targets are soft-hulled, so they die quicker.
Don't try it again until you're 3333, so you can have /bstrike1 plus a v4 flight computer.
Get Cap Overload 3/Cap to Shield Shunt 4 from a Privateer and load them into said v4 flight computer. Use these right, you'll be invincible. If space becomes an issue, sacrifice EO3.
