Hello all
I have ground out several pilot squadrons and I know that when you drop master you lose your accumulated exp/prestige. But what happened when I dropped my last freelance ace to start grinding imperial squadrons is something that I have not experienced before. After I was trained in the novice imp, I noticed I had -411k experience. Again, when it would usually go to 0 at the time I drop ace it was -411k. I repeat this because both CSR ticket replies I received (yes 2 tickets, 2 replies) did not convince me they understood what I was talking about. Both of these told me that my issue was intended. My question is, how is having to grind almost 420k pilot exp for tier 1 pilot box (instead of the normal 7500 since I do, in fact, have negative 411k) intended?
Has anybody had any problems like this? The only thing I could think of that may have caused this was flying as an overt imp while having RSF Ace. Still, having *negative* experience as a novice pilot is surely not intended? Thanks

See all I'm asking is that they change my exp to 0. But they keep insisting that my having negative pilot experience is intended. It makes me so frustrated.... I hope they know that they may be pushing one more person to cancel.

You may have been under the inspiration buff at the time you dropped your pilot master. There's a sticky at the top title RotW Bug Avoidance and Workarounds. Check it and see if this was the problem you ran into.

Since I can drop pilot Un Inspired and be at zero xp, and you could drop pilot Inspired and be at negative xps, it is MOST DEFINITELY NOT as intended. Resubmit another ticket, make it clear you are in the red on xps due to a bug with Inspiration, and let us know what happens.
Tomo, please bring this back up on the Corr forums, or PM Tiggs or something, the CSRs need to be zeroing people out, this is ridiculous.

The thing is I submitted one ticket which may have been clearer. The CSR that responded to that one merely described the situation that you lose accumulated exp when you drop ace. This, of course, is intended. On the second ticket, I included that I knew this situation was intended, and spelled out my issue as much as possible. Still, "this is intended" was the reply I received. I cannot begin to try to justify the CSR's response as being his lack of understanding of the problem. I guess we'll see how the third works out....

Yes, the loss of xps is "as intended" to zero you out. The bug in Inspirations that brings you below zero into the negative is not "as intended" and once that is made clear to them, they should be fixing it for you and anyone else who asks.

Obviously if 2 of them haven't zeroed him out, they don't all know about it.
