I hate to ask what is an already answered question I am sure, but search is perma-down it seems.

Can someone please point me to some Tier 4 duty mission givers for a rebel pilot? I cannot get duties from the guy in the Lok hotel as I am Havoc 4444 and he only gives me quests. Just need some steady killing to build up a depleted parts stock for my SW.. and some more practice before the Kessel missions.

There's a tier 4 trainer for the Vortex squadron in the Dearic Theater. He should give you tier 4 dutymissions.

Crimson Phoenix trainer is in the Rebel Base on Rori. That's better than the Vortex one, as I recall.
