If I retire Corsec, but I don't redeed my JSF and ARC, will it mess them up, or will they be sitting pretty till I get back to 4333?

They should be just fine till you get back to 4333. In fact, if you were to pack up your ARC, you probably wouldn't be able to deed it again unless you ran the quest again.

Is it repeatable? Or is it like the Kashyyk missions where you get screwed cause half the mission resets and half doesn't.

I doubt it, since it's a ground mission. I'd advise trying to run it on the ground first before you do it for real.

I wouldn't have thought it'd be repeatable, but the ARC bug thread has some pretty solid info in it that says it is.

I'll have to try it then .. because I did re-deed it, then droped rebel .. then re-joined rebel and went back to ace, now my ARC says I havn't completed the mission.

That's some confirmation we could definitely use, so if you do check into running this quest again, be sure to let us know how it turns out.
