Thread: the best freelance ship for each tier??

I just made tier and gained all the xp needed to complete it and was wonder what were the best freelance ships to use.



Krazen Nightstar
pilot/melee rouge/rebel merc

Krayth Shadowstar
pilot/Bounty Hunter/servent to one but who?

As darkness falls, Night unfolds ebone wings and wraps the world in darkness. I am a Dark warrior of my world, where the sky's are shadowed from light and rain wash's away from the evidence. You see Glowing eyes in the dark night.........perhaps the last thing you may see.

Dunelizard until 4333 then Rhix or Jedi Starfighter

Totally agree. Then as master pilot the M-22 Heavy Krayt, what a superb ship, ugly looking but it's a beast in combat.

The Heavy Scyk is just not worth the cost for a ship you will never use again once you get 4333 and then master. The M22T on the other hand is one animal of a hip in pve

The Krayt is a serious tank in PvE I use mine to take out the ISD and vette all the time

The Dune Lizard is a great ship for all around use. Very versitile

For me it also was Dunelizard (tier 1) until 4333. The style 1 Dune has a smaller hitbox but IMO the style 2 looks much sweeter (particularly with styles and colors). Then I used the Belbullab, which I still have as my dogfighter, and the Krayt at master for PvE.

The vaksai's also a very fun little ship to fly. Look into picking up one when you get the chance.

Stickies are threads that are always kept at the top of the first page because they are deemed very useful or important. The Pilot FAQ is up there. I believe that thread has links to images of the different ships and textures.

well, the heavy Scyk can be a realy nice "little beast", it has enough mass (95k) and it has very good chassis speed and turn around stats. i still use mine all the time, even as master .. you should keep in mind that you never have to buy a second ship deed if you use the "heavy" from the beginning on, so the higher price is not realy that high compared to the credits you have to pay if you upgrade the ship to higher lvl ones from tier to tier.
