Thread: Space flgiht not working properly, lag or? please help, soooo frustrating
Hey there,
I'm having a wierd problem. About 2 out of every 3 times I launch into space to do a mission, my targets will "defy physics" and jump all over the place. I can hit them repeatedly, and no damage is indicated. For some reason I have a sinking feeling it's my gamepad causing this, I have no clue why. My connection is perfect, there is no lag on the ground ever.
Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue, and if they resolved it? I've been looking through the forums, but didn't know what word to search for to search the forums.
Thanks a ton,
Castore Beaver,

Would you describe the eratic movement of your targets as "drunken bumble bees"? It's an old problem that a lot of people have been plagued with since JTL launched. There's no single solution thatfixes it for everyone. In some cases disabling Spread Spetrum in theBIOS fixes it. In other cases removing joysticks does the trick. For my girlfriend disabling the on-board NIC and using a PCI-based NIC solved the problem.Do a forum search for "drunken bumble bee" for more info.
Or maybe your problem is different and it's just lag ![]()
