I did teir 1 on the netural pilot trainer in cornet, after he sends me to teh captin in the back, but he only gives duty missions, so how can i possibly get trained by him? Any help would be appreciated 8)

You need the XP for your next box before you can get trained, hence the duty missions to provide you with enough XP.

ahhh, so its not do like 4 missions, in which after i could get trained kidna thing, just when i get enough xp?

Get the XP for your new tier box first then go to the trainer, he will either

1. train you and offer you a mission to progress

or

2.

Offer you a mission to progress to training, then train you and offer you a mission to progress.

Note, some boes are XP based and some are mission based.
