Can you sell/trade master helmets, jackets and medals?

Anyone know?

Nope. Even if you drop them in a house, you'll get a message if you try and pick it up with another character or try and transfer the structure. Besides, I don't think that different Master Pilots can wear different helms/jackets/metals (Ex. If you were Privateer, you couldn't wear a Rebel Ace Helmet)

Correct!
I mastered privateer, went onto rebel pilot, mastered it and now i can't wear my Metroid Helmet anymore...

I guess the only way to get all three jackets, helmets and medals in my one museum is to drop Imperial Ace, and pick up either Neutral or Rebel pilot...thank goodness for the previous master xp bonus.
