I am a faction jumper for PvP and while I was in the middle of the Imperial theme I swithced factions. My ship is in the empror's retreat and I cant locate the starship terminal. I still have full access to get into the building though.

Can anyone tell me where the terminal is?

Just go in, head to and cross the big room, stick to the left-hand wall of the hallway, and what looks like a wall should open up after the left turn at a T-junction. It's in there.
