I keep seeing people that say they have 4 L10 guns in their B-Wings.... and 2 MKII Spacebombs to boot. How do you manage to stuff all that in there?
My current B-Wing setup is
Mark VReactor (40k mass)
Quantum Ion Drive (29k mass)
RE'd Reward Shield (29k mass)
Mark IV Armor x2 (12k mass each)
RE'd L6 Cap (8k mass)
RE'd Reward L4 Booster (3k mass)
L4 Droid Interface (5k mass)
RE'd L8 Reward Gun (25k mass)
2x Ionic Pulse Weapons (15k mass each)
L8 Looted Gun (31k mass)
2x Prenerf Mark II Spacebombs (6k mass each)
And thats using pretty much every ounce of mass on my ship. A few of the parts could be cut down some by RE'ing, but I doubt it'd be enough for 4 level 10 guns. The only other thing I can see would be to get lucky and loot one of those L8 Reactors that have uber energy so I could ditch the Mark V reactor, but I haven't been that lucky even with playing since JtL came out.

Ideally, each L10 gun averages 40k mass, tough, will take long to collect, but doable.
160k 4x L10 Guns
23k L8 Engine
25k L8 Reward Shield
8k L6 Cap
3k L4 Reward Booster
12k Mark II Spacebombs
8k Mark III Reactor
0.5k Prenerf DI
----
239.5k, leaves 5k free for armor on a top notch mass experimented B-Wing.

I'm not as much of an expert as some other community members, but here's my shot.

My current B-Wing setup is
Mark VReactor (40k mass) Major mass sink. If you can fully power your fighter on a lighter reactor, do it. If you have the money, there are rare loot reactors that generate insanely high ammounts of power for example: the Kuat R-CTZ. They can be REd to relatively low mass. At least try reactor overload 4.
Quantum Ion Drive (29k mass) Try for the lower 20Ks in mass
RE'd Reward Shield (29k mass) Try for the mid 20Ks in mass
Mark IV Armor x2 (12k mass each) Armor is a major mass sink. If you use the cap to shield shunt droid command, you won't have to worry as much for armor.
RE'd L6 Cap (8k mass) OK, but you better be using capacitor overload 4.
RE'd Reward L4 Booster (3k mass) Acceptable
L4 Droid Interface (5k mass) What's its speed? Search your galactic bazaar for a pre-nerf DI. They come in insanely low mass, low certs, and low time delay.
RE'd L8 Reward Gun (25k mass)
2x Ionic Pulse Weapons (15k mass each)
L8 Looted Gun (31k mass) This can be REd into the low 20Ks
2x Prenerf Mark II Spacebombs (6k mass each)
And thats using pretty much every ounce of mass on my ship. A few of the parts could be cut down some by RE'ing, but I doubt it'd be enough for 4 level 10 guns. In a nutshell, the key to successfully outfitting a fighter is to put engine, guns, and shield first. Build the rest of the loadout around it. Also, with each RE job you do, consult either the shipwright or pilot boards before committing to the RE.

I had a pre-nerf Droid Interface, but the evil that is the chassis dealer ate it when I was going to take it out and get it RE'd....
My L6 cap is 47.7 recharge and 1200 energy, so even with Cap Overload 3 I can fire endlessly (with Weapons Overload 3 of course).

If you really want to answer this question in deep detail, all the data you need is available at spaceLoot.com. First, use the spaceloot portion of the app to look up pre-re stats on the components that you might want to include in your b-wing. Then, use the ship registry to create a loadout based on those parts..tweak the individual components until you've got something that fits. It'll calculate everything, from EPS to average max damage per shot/salvo/second to reactor drain. Use it to build out your dream ship, then loot loot loot until your daddy takes the heavy-x away.
