Hello All
I have mastered the Freelance Pilot tree, can I keep that and also Master the rebel or the Imp branch? Or do you have to give up the Freelance Skills?

You'll have to completely drop your freelance skills in order to try Imperial or Rebel.
If you don't want to drop your skills, you can always make up a toon on another server.
