Ok guys, this isn't a guaranteed fix, but it worked for me.

You see, I had already done the quest and got my Arc, but I went Imp to get the JSF then went back to Reb. Upon reaching 4333 rebel pilot I couldn't use my deed because it said I couldn't do the quest.

So I went back to the Queen as a combatant and talked to her again. The first conversation option was useless, nothing changed. But the second chat option, something along the lines of "Something came up" reset the quest for me. So I used that second option, then talked to her again and it allowed me to get the quest again.

Now if this works for you there are some things you need to know. First off, if you fail any part of the quest, you have to go back to the Queen and reset the quest and start from the beginning again. Since I had the completed quest in my quest log, the NPCs were giving me the completed quest responses, not the part of the quest I was working on at the time.

Also, where you have to escort the wookiees inKochiro and on Dath... It was even more buggy for me this time than before. Make sure the quest completes when you get into the area before speaking to any wookiees. And even then, the one you speak to isn't neccessarilly going to be the one you escort. This happened on both escort parts for me. I spoke to one wookiee in Kochiro, but another a little ways away started to follow me. So before you speak with any wookiees in either escort part, make sure you are within 25m of ALL of them! Then keep an eye out for the one that is going to follow you.

Also I ran into a new problem in the Dathomir part. Make absolutely sure you are on leave! The two wookiees will seperate and run through walls to attack stormtroopers if you aren't. If that happens, the quest is gonna fail.

Anyway I hope this works for those who have the bugged deed and quest like I did. Hehe, on a bright note, I now have 2 Arc-170 deeds.

I'm glad it worked out for you but like Klaitu it doesn't work for me.

I'm still unable to get the quest reset.
