the max damage, before RE, is 2955. and it IS a level 6...so mass should be below 10k easily after i find suitable RE parts.

I was amazed at the stats, as I dont even loot level 7's with 2900.

Cool. Now don't RE it until youfind one with some good vs. numbers to go with it.

Sounds pretty nice, but what are the refire rate and the vs. shields/armor? That may indicate why it is a level 6.

This thing oughta re-engineer into a monster. Must be ultra rare as I've never seen anything approaching it.

Gratz on the nice drop! I have to believe we will be seeing more of that with the wider range of loot stats for a given levelsince the CU. That will make one fantastic Level 6 RE!

I'm guessing it's the L6 variant of the Hoersh(sp?)-Kessel "Scorcher", and it's max damage has a good chance to be that high.

yup. it is, i have one with maybe 2200 max i looted...but 2950 seemed to be pretty high, especially considering that the bolt drivers are roughly the same...

Yeah, sounds like a "Scorcher 3". I think I got one that REd to around 2600.

Thats very nice. You can get some good vs. and refire that will be a monster of a gun with under 9k mass.
