That would be nice too. Or that larger version used by high-ranking officials with the extra firepower.Some extra POB's would be nice too. I mean they've already got the POB system in, might as well take advantage of it.

Supposedly both the Outrider (YT-2400) and Lambda are on the way.

Frankly, I'm surprised there was no TIE/X-Wing era Cygnus gunboat as well. I full expected to see that, or a Skipray Blastboat.

the Rebs can have... a piece of pi3... or the YT-2400 (no real reasonto give it to freelancers they have the 1300 and the ship are identical except for the bridge placement)

and then give cross certs for the Gallofree and the Civilian shuttle (they each have only one forward gun and could be used as lower level POBs without upsetting the balance)

I'd like to throw these two *only craftable* ships out as suggestions for whenever it is the Dev team plans on releasing more ships.

TIE Advanced x7:

Basically this is the quad-cannoned version you all know and love from the TIE Fighter series. It's sleeker, faster, and smaller than the Cadillac clunker version we got with JTL. It could be built in similar fashion to the heavy variant TIE's, 2 weapon hardpoints, and a 90k or so mass. It could be a loot drop or a quest item, something to make it rare.

Cygnus Spaceworks XG-1 Assault Gunboat:

This is the shielded, Imperial bomber from the TIE Fighter series. It's got 4 cannons, lots of missle capacity, and a frame that would *finally* give us Imperials a ship we can customize (the JSF doesn't count). The TIE Bomber is a poor excuse for a heavy fighter, with only 2 weapon hardpoints and a sluggish feel to it. The Gunboat would be complete with 3 weapon hardpoints, 200k mass, and 2-3 missle slots. The *crafting schematic* could be given out as a reward for doing Imperial missions...perhaps, from a boardable space station or capital ship of some sort? (I'm a hopeless dreamer, I know..)

Anyway, if you have any ideas for the other factions, drop them here. We need to be heard, because we're the ones who end up flying the ships.

More civilian craft and civilian zones would be cool, like that one space lane area in X-Wing Alliance with the giant station. C'mon, throw us RPers a bone.
