I am having a really hard time getting any real decent xp. I have a tie basic and am 111x. I was told you need the get all the tech tree completed to get other ships to fly(my dream is to get the Firespray).

Does anybody have any reccomendations on where to fight, and or what to fight to get good xp? How Do I get the 60k needed for technologies 2??

Define "other ships."

Pilot is gated, meaning you can't get x2xx without being 1111 first. So you can't just go up one tree at a time like you can on the ground, you need to finish out each tier first. You'll also have to do missions from your trainer before they'll give you the next box; it's not just the XP you need. No player can train you, only your squadron trainer.

To get the Firespray, you have to be a Master Pilot. Check each box, it'll tell you which ships you get certed to fly at which levels.

As for XP, find a nice fast wild spawn. Lok space is good, if you can keep up with Tier 3 ships. If you can't, stick to Tatooine, Corellia, or Naboo space.

Sorry to disappoint, but Firesprays are giant moving targets from what I've heard, and nearly EVERY SINGLE PERSON who's gave their oppinion said it was so. It's also damn rare and quite expensive.

Most pilots I know who fly the KSE Firespray do it because its about as Star Wars as you can get, not for how it performs in PVP

PVE, it's a decent gunship.

My stock Xwing looks the business with its seriously cool colour scheme, and it kills things very quick. Looks good and kills stuff fast, sounds like my perfect woman!

The grind to 2111 is a fairly rough grind, it gets easier for a time once you're there. Tier 3 is pure missions, and Tier 4 is grinding again, possibly worse.
