Hello everyone,
I have a Belbullab-22 and I enjoy flying it, however it has the smallest windows ever, and this is very annoying. I have tried searching around for a command to hide the instruments from view, but so far no luck.
With all the expertise gathered in here, someone surely must know if it's possible, and how it's done?

If i remember right it is under: Options-Misc- And then tick the box called something like " Show cockpit" or something like that. That should make the stuff disappear and you should be able to see again

Options, Miscellaneous tab
I think it's the last one, and it says Show Cockpit Frame...uncheck the box.
I too, fly with no frame, and I feel no shame in doing so, although some die-hards might say that you are not *really* flying if you do...but who cares what they think? ![]()
The gripe I now have is this, and maybe someone can answer this one as well. It used to be, that you could lauch into space and it would be on mouse-pointer mode by default. I have mouse-pointer mode default turned on both on the ground and in space in every checkbox I can find (I see 2 places, but maybe there are more?), and I always have to change it before I can see my hotkeys in space.
Enjoy
Domingo

Well, THIS should be useful ... shoot where you aim at all ranges and nothing to obscure vision! That was the flat-out BEST thing about flying a TIE, the view...

Well iwould prefer flying with my cockpit on but when I put my "field of vision" tab to maximum, the cockpit spars stop before reaching the top corners of my screen in my Xwing, its kind of off-putting.
For real fun hit ctrl shifht h, go 3rd person and enjoy the view!

I like flying with the cockpit on just for immersion, but jeez the Bel has tiny little windows. No wonder only a cyborg could pilot it.

Try flying a Ryxzerxk (sp) with the cockpit on. My first pilot master was freelance, I flew with the cockpit art on until I climbed into the Ryck, and could only see 1/3 of the screen.
