Ok I've tried this mission three times now and each time the same thing happens.

I fly to corellia space and find the transport, target it and switch the tractor beam on (pressing 6), and then my screen gets spammed with "Incrementing Count" about 5+ times per second and then after 10-15 seconds the ship blows up and then nothing happens. Nothing has been transfered into my cargo, nothing turns up to attack me, no mission failed or mission completed. And then when I hyperspace out since nothings happening I get mission failed.

If someone could please explain what I'm doing wrong I would be very grateful.
