I need to declare allegence to Imperials. How do I do it and where can I find an imperial spacestation?

Endor space. There are two Imperial stations you can declare at.

Fly to one and communicate with it. They'll ask if you wish to declare when you do.

Do you mean that you actually want to become Imperial, or that you're already imperial on the ground and you want to enable factional PvP in space?
If you're not Imperial yet, you need to scrape together 200 Imperial faction points and talk to a recruiter on the ground. There's one in Theed near the Starport, among other places.

I thought killing rebels got me IMPERIAL faction points. That way i don't have to do menial missions on the ground. Especially since the delever ones glitch out and the dudes dont take the items and I dont get the faction points.
