I guarantee space pvp will pick up with this:

- 200% space mining bonus if you declare in a system.

- Privateer Smugglersget 1000% cargo hold bonus if they declare a side in a system, and have ability to drop/move cargo from space containers

- When declared, you are limited to one exit warp point somewhere in system OR dock at faction base to unload/refit

- Spawn at faction base. You must fly to it, dock, pick a "stock ship" or your own and declare

- Can spawn a "stock" faction fighter for prestige points from a base or capital ship OR:

use your own ship and risk perma-death of that ship

Once you declare in a system, you can't "undeclare" until you warp out at the warp out point(or points)
