Where do i find the quest to get this rewardengine ? its the new one, ive heard people speak of it.

It is the Starmap quest. There is a guide on the Game Guides forum.

Starts with an escape capsule just outside Narmle on Rori, then talk to Nymm in the Hotel oposite the SP, go from there.
