Ok, I'm having a problem with my new YT-1300 and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same. I put a level 10 "caged" booster in it. Everything works fine when I boost, but I have problems when I'm decellerating from boost speed to normal max speed. During this decelleration period, my steering is inversed. Up is down, down is up, left is right, right is left. This only happens while decellerating and goes away once I'm at my normal max speed. It's really annoying, especially when I'm fleeing and trying to juke and jink (not that twitch skills matter against npcs...) Am I alone here, or is this common?

The same thing is happening to me in my YT. Im using a level 9 crafted booster. I go from full speed to stoped and accelerating when the controls reverse.
At first i thought it was from boosting at zero but then it also happens when im at full speed and boost.

Behavior is also a bit wonky during booster acceleration. The ship's turn rate at about 1/2 of max boost when accelerating is much greater than its turning rate at max speed or max boost speed. I'm not sure if that is intended, or not.
What I'm guessing is happening with this is that this may be happening with all ships, but you can only notice it in multiplayer ones due to their very low turn accelerations at max speed. I had heard from a pilot I fly with from time to time that the Nova suffers from the same sort of problems.
Additionally, it looks like the turn acceleration rate goes from negative to zero, to positive during the deceleration. I already have too much time on my hands, and I could attempt to do some sort of empirical study to attempt to get some sort of regression equasion for the turning acceleration rates, but, really... Do I want to be that much of a nerd?

The same inversed control problem exists with the Nova, probably the yacht too. Very frustrating when you are boosting away from some nasties, and end up turning in the wrong direction...

I have the same problem with my YT. And in my Rihxyrk when I shoot with theinternal view I get a kinda static noise but it goes away when I change to the external view. Wondering anyone else have this problem. I sent in a bug ticket on both issues.

Thanks for all the responces. I just submitted a bug on this, with reference to this post. I hope everyone does the same. This is a really annoying bug that I hope gets fixed quickly.
