I know this has probabley been answered but i used search alot and couldent quite figure out what to do, so sorry if this takes up board space

I have an ok y-wing

i tried doing the missions on lok but i'm getting hardly any xp, is the grind supposed to take this long?

if this carrys on it will be weeks before i am 2222

Get a wingman of a higher skill level who will let you get in at least one shot per ship you go up against and you'll get XP from the kills.

OR make yourself available to MP ships. Everyone on the crew gets XP and all positions need to be filled (gunners, engineers, etc.) this way you can get the BIG xp that would otherwise be unattainable to you.

One of the main things that has been discussed earlier on in this forum was that JTL was that it wasnt suppose to be easy... Yes the grinds are long at first, but as you get better equipment it WILL go faster! I promise...

One thing you need to do is start going after bigger prey... the tier3 ships drop some good components (i'm at privateer 4444 and still like farming some of the many t3 spawn points... the nym's hovel hyperspace point above lok is my favorite... there's a comm pylon or something there that spawns 3 corsair kimos on a regular basis), they can hit hard tho at your lvl, but dont worry about gettin blown up, it comes with the territory... and i wud guess that that Y you got isnt gonna be your one and only ship that you will use.

So relax fellow spacey, and enjoy the grind... remember that there isLOOT to be gained!!!! i guess that is why i went to pirate/privateer...
