What's a good mass and recharge rate?

<30k mass is in the 'good' range from my experiance. They can still drop down near 25k apparently, but that's rare.


!7+ base recharge is excellent, top of the line. be happy if you find 15+ and dont sweat it too badly since thats the least important stat on a shield.

but an 18.08 recharge is pretty hawt yes? (before RE'ing)
