Thread: My droid chip wont load into datapad HELP

I have burnt command into chip so its says readychip shieldsfront but it does not give me option to load onto my datapad,and my datapad is 95% free.I have an r-3 droid and I am a pilot 3333 what am I doing wrong?

happened to me before but afte r3 droids and like 50 chips i finally got my droids running reactor overload. im not sure exactly hwo to fix it but i laoded the problem chip in first
PS all rebel droid programs suck.

Take the droid deed (or flight computer) in your inventory
>Radial menu > Generate to datapad (something like that)
Open the datapad > radial menu on the droid / flight comp
select 'program droid' (something like that)
select the chip'd program from the left hand panel of the interface, and click the arrow that faces right.
click commit.

yea when I do that it says no room for program even though nothings loaded but I can even get burnt chip into datapad

rough guess, while you have an R3 droid, on inspection it probably says something like "pilot astromech certification: 1 or 2"
Check the size of the program (would have to dig out the droid program FAQ - it might be linked someplace) and then check the storage capacity of the droid (view droid memory, or something, from the datapad radial menu)
90% sure that that's where you're getting muddled.
