Just got my ARC last night right before bed, but haven't had a chance to really take it up yet. Just wondering if anyone flies their ARC solo or if only having control of one gun makes it not worth it? I'm 4/3/3/3 and was just wondering if I need to keep my Ixieyanmcasterapaloza (can't remember how it's spelled) around for when my tailgunner isn't online or not.

I fly my ARC solo, its an excellent ship. I guess the single gun is a bummer if you're not into single gun ships, but I use single gun ships more than multigun so its fine for me. Remember you've got 125k mass to work with here so you can have one hell of a gun.

Eventually I want to fill the gunner spots so that I can do some multiplayer action, but right now I don't have enough low drain weapons to do it and I don't want to rely on the WO3 bug to pull it off. IMHO the ARC is a little too strong as a solo ship because its too fast and maneuverable for 125k mass. When I can fill all the seats with guns I think it will be fair though.

That ship slides like crazy, its fun.

Cool. I loaded up all three weapon slots, and I'm curious how bad the cap drain is gonna be, even with WO3. Probably gonna be pretty severe. I'll find out tonight when I take my tail-gunner up.

Well good luck. Its kinda hard to hit much in those turrets, unfortunately.

As far as fighters go I either fly the Arc or the Vaksai. I prefer the ARC simply for the look.

Well if you are not convinced you can come to Radiant tonight and I'll put a gun in the turret for you and we'll go solo a vette or something. I can show you what 1 gun can do.
