I've been answering this question ingame once every 2 secs. lol. The Bones are right near the Waypoint for the POI you'd have to be blind to miss it.

Found it. but it says that i dont have permission to Access Rebellion Data Item.

I'm having the same problem. When i try to activate the quest it states that the quest can be started only by members of the empire.

Yup, that's correct, only Imperials.
