What pograms do you use when in your spec'ed out fighter?
I use my Krayt fighter with Reactor Overload 4, Engine Overload 4, Capacitor Overload 4 and Weapon Overload 3.
I also keep Capacitor to Shield shunt 3 or 4 loaded up for emergencies.
I have a similar set up in my YT1300.
I keep a small T3 fighter loaded with my 103 speed reward engine and engine overload 3, along with some tiny shields and no armor. I figure that thing is moving too fast for anyone to hit it

I typically fly a Duneliz, and the programs in it that I use the most are:
Cap O 3
Eng O 3
Wep O 3
CtSS 4
The broken WO3 means I don't even need an RO to get everything to work together (and I wish they would go ahead and fix that bug). The standard use of level 3 Overloads means I don't have to cringe when getting repaired, or make lots of trips to Deep Space (Freelance perma-overt in Kessel bug), because the programs themselves do not cause decay.
I also have a few Rebel Shield programs thrown in, but those haven't exactly been getting much use recently.

I use the same ones as Shona. I also have the RO3, but I don't really need it now that I have my reactors sorted out on my ships.
I am happy with the performance of the level 3 overloads. Right after launch, I hit the CO3, then EO3. I'll clean out the local aggro while I wait to execute the WO3. Then I am ready for my missions or Tier4 hunting!
If I start to do some more PvP once I get to Ace, I will have to load up the level 4's.
The cap to shield has saved my hide so many times, it's not funny. Seems like those missiles just won't miss sometimes! EO3 and CtSS3 are my two favorite programs.
