Tier 4 Black Sun duty from the RSF trainer in the palace (but only if you're privateer). And you only need Tier 4 for the helmet

It may be for the slicing loot ... I have to wonder what SOE was thinking, making slicing loot-based...

anyone even ever seen a BS tier 5?...or did they put them in game with pub 19?

even static spawns in endor i dont remember ever seeing a 5...always 3-4...or am i just remembering wrong

If they're in Kessel, they'll be Tier 5 there, everything is. Running missions, you get Tier 5s at the end, not that I had time to look, but the XP was right for it.

The Tier 4 trainer in Theed Palace gives duties that are mostly tier 4 Blacksuns with Tier 5 every few waves.

The Blacksuns duty from Dant MO only gives tier 4. I have never seen a blacksun in Kessel (Corsairs only) and never seen higher than tier 4 as a wild spawn.

I am a Smugglers Alliance Master pilot but the rsf trainer won't give me any mission, just say something like: I admire your eagerness but see your own trainer for duty missions..

Only stuff I've seen in Kessel are rebels, imperials, corsairs(+that man o war thing), and asteroid bandits.

Yeah, it used to switch, I remember seeing them in kessel the first month that JTL was out but never see them now.

as recently as 2 months ago i had seen the tier 5 black sun in kessel. it spawned once, i blew them up and corsairs replaced them and they never came back.

i honestly agreethere is still aswitch and we just haven't figured it out.
