I threw this stuff together pretty fast but they turned out alright. I used the Ionic pulse as the base for the weapon. The cap is alright. If the recharge was higher i think it would have been better. I am very happy with how the level 6 gun RE-ed.

the gunns are good, but the capacitator should have recharge rate of 50 or abow.
my lvl 6 capacitator is at 52
my lvl 6 capacitator is at 52

Good stuff. Most noticible was a bit high drain on the guns, that might bite ya if WO3 ever gets fixed but those parts are nothing to be ashamed of.

Nice parts. I have an RE L6 gun similar to yours. I have been searching high and low for another high max damage L6 gun to make another one. I think I have at least 20 L6 guns in storage, but all their max damage stats are too low.

Nice Guns. I do agree the recharge on the cap should be over 50 for a lvl 6, but you still have some nice energy there for cap to shield shunt.
I have a lvl 6 that is 2705 or something like that. Really nice gun, and fits perfectly on my interceptor for my alt 
And yeah, really good lvl 6 guns are hard to come by. I have another at 2500 RE'd but nothing to come close to the stats of my 2700. For the damage/mass ratio for a high damage lvl 6, you can't beat that.

That's a very nice v. armor stat for a level 7!
That's the only thing holding me back on REing something from my stockpile. So far, I haven't been able to loot something over .550 v armor on a level 7.

The only gun for Level 6's that has a noticable damage is the Hoersch-Kessel 3cannon. It is around 2500 for most of the time.

Right after i RE my Ionic Pulse i loot a level 7 with 1699 Drain. How awful is that .

Not a chance 
. I actually used two ionic pulses in this RE. One i had got great damage with around 3000 base. The other had some other good stats that i used it for. I also used two protectonets for the shield.

Its actually a level 7 RE but i mistakenly put the protectonet in first so the Level is 8

ah I didnt notice that on mine. otherwise was going to say you really wasted the low mass one. It would have made an uber reward shield. Also, you got a way better Ionic pulse then I did. *sniff* Can't really complain though my QID was very very nice.
