I am a rebel pilot who have just come to Yavin 4 to fight. When you choose to destry pirates in space with my Z-95 I can't kill them because ther shild dosen't broke. My amonition is empty before there shild is at 80%. How are u soposed to kill them?

What tier are you fighting? If you're in a Tier 1 Z-95, you need to fight Tier 1 opponents - higher Tier opponents have more HP/stronger shields, and you won't be able to beat their shield regen until you go up a few tiers. That, or try upgrading your weapons/ship.

You'll work your way up the tiers through training - just follow the missions your quest giver hands out.

You might want to skim through the pilot FAQ stickied in these forums, it has lots of good info on what to do.
