Hello, could someone tell me what species can wear the ace pilot helmets please, thanks

AFAIK the only races that can't are Wookiees and Ithorians. Though Sullustans, Twi'Leks and Mon Calamari might not be able too.
I know for certain that Wookiees can't since my alt is one.

Wookiees can't wear the ace helmet or jacket of any pilot faction.
Twi'leks and Sullustans can't wear the Imperial helmets.
Rodians can wear the Rebel and Freelance helmets.
Humans and Zabraks can wear any helmet.
Never played a Bothan, Mon Cal, Ithorian, or Trandoshan, so I can't answer for those species.
Your question is a little vague and it would help if you told us your species and pilot faction you are/want to do. My answers are kind ofvague since I've only had experience with what I listed and know from experience (stupid Imperials can't design a helmet to accomodate lekku 
).

Imperials don't really like non-humans anyway though. So maybe its on purpose. 
But they should get some reward they can actually use though.

Bothans can wear the Rebel and Freelance helmets, but not the Imperial one.
(So to spite the Empire I wore my Rebel helm with a TIE suit all throughout my first Imperial squadron.)

How did you do that? Everytime i try to equip any of my stuff from other factions it tells me "Cannot equip this item because you are not (insert faction here pilot"

How did you do that? Everytime i try to equip any of my stuff from other factions it tells me "Cannot equip this item because you are not (insert faction here pilot"
Sorry for the delay in replying. I'm just getting back from a forced vacation...
I kept my Rebel helmet equiped when I dropped Vortex and picked up Inquisition. As long as you do not remove them you can wear all of the pilot-factioned gear.
The helmet looks surprisingly good with the black TIE outfit, too. Spice up the look with a vest of some sort. (Without the TIE helmet, the suit is a little dull.)

Twi'leks can wear the Rebel Ace helmet. Thier Head tails just stick out the sides like the helmet has a hole cut in it.
