.....farm faction any idea on what the cap is on faction points and does my being a master pilot affect this at all?

No clue what the cap is, but i know it has something to do with the rank in whichever faction you are in. Master pilot has nothing to do with it.

Well as a Colonel I know that I was able to get 140K faction points before I cashed it in for a couple of bases...
Didn't hit a cap though.

If anybody would know, it would probably be the Smugglers ... they routinely deal in large numbers of FP if they're into that end of it.

In the smuggler forum you will find topics on selling FP, that include tables with the faction caps per rank. Basically the higher your rank, the more FP you can hold.

thanks for your answers i am a colonel i rremember when i was lower lvl capping at 10k but that was a while ago and i have 30k now was wondering how much more i had to stock up to cap

Colonels cap at about 120k I think. Being a master pilot has effect on the cap but it helps you grind faster.
