im on the mission where u are told to go meet someone in an abandoned base on dantooine, so i went to dantooine asked for the special landing. and i go on that mission where i have to save his transport or something like that, so i go to the way point, kill the few tie fighter, and i dont know what to do with frieter. iv tryed killing it, iv tryed following it and everytime i fail. what am i supposed to do?

Have you tried to dock with it? I'm very new, but I've read somewhere about a mission that you have to dock with a ship.

yes i have, its just says docking request has been denied

I am not familiar with the exact mission, but are you saving the ship by recovering it? If you fought off defenders, then the ship is probably under enemy control and you have to disable its reactor first. Once it is disabled, the ship becomes 'captured' shortly after and gets its reactor back up. They fix the armor for you too which is nice, but I still recommend only chewing up one side of armor to get at the reactor, it needs to be in the best shape while they send extra ships to destroy the recovered freighter.
