You need to get a Shipwright to make you one. They are craftable.

TIE Fighter Deed (Heavy Variant) -
18000 units of Steel
6000 units of Steel
6000 units of Low-Grade Ore
6000 units of Low-Grade Ore
6000 units of Aluminum
6000 units of Fiberplast

1000 units of Petrochemical Astroid - Yavin IV - 2 waypoints
1000 units of Iron Astroid - Corellia/Talus - 1 waypoint & Tatooine - 5 waypoints
